The Caldwell County tennis teams had a successful trip to Fort Campbell on Tuesday.
Caldwell’s girls rolled to an 8-1 win while Caldwell’s guys swept six matches from the Falcons.
In girls’ singles action:
Josie Shaffer defeated Isabella Aragon 8-4;
Rachel McClung def. Isabella Aguilar 8-1;
Ella Johnson led Marlie Fanning 5-4 when Fanning was forced to retire with an injury;
Troy Freeman lost to Porsha Purkiss 8-6;
Meleah Greenfield def. Kammie Mattingly 8-0;
Emma Peake def. 8-0.
