The Christian County Colonels may be finding their groove. Getting a solid pitching performance from Preston Phan and a big game at the plate from Blake Boehman, the Colonels picked up their fourth straight win by running past Logan County 11-1 in six innings Tuesday night in Russellville.
The Colonels got on top early, scoring two runs in the top of the first inning. The big hit was an RBI single from Brylle Javier.
Logan County got one of the runs back on a double from Montgomery Milam in the bottom of the inning to make it 2-1. But, it was all Christian County from there.
