The Todd County Central Lady Rebels track and field team made the 142-mile trip to Bardstown for the Class 1A, Region 2 track and field meet and returned home with nine top-10 finishes.
HURDLES
Ava Scott finished in sixth place in the 100-meter hurdles in 19.23 seconds.
Scarlett Lancaster was 14th in the 100-meter hurdles in 21.63.
Mary Beth Prather came in seventh place in the 300-meter hurdles (54.08), and Adriena Noe was 11th (57.39).
SPRINTS
Daymea Garrett finished in seventh place in the 200 meters (29.99) and was 11th in the 100-meter dash (14.60). Jesslyn Ezell was 14th in the 100 meters (14.73).
Mary Beth Prather scored a 10th-place finish in the 200 meters in 30.25 seconds.
Jalaya Williamson was 16th in the 400 meters in 1:13.58, and Aleycia Osborne was 20th in 1:30.73.
MIDDLE DISTANCE
Keilana Galima came in 13th place in the 1600-meter run in 7:45.04. Haylee Chamberlaine was 16th in 8:32.44.
Iris Wood was 16th in the 800-meter run (3:42.42) and Madison McKinney was 17th (3:58.72)
RELAYS
The 400-meter relay team of Jesslynn Ezell, Ava Scott, Daymea Garrett, and Mary Beth Prather was sixth with a time of 57.32.
The 1600-meter relay team of Haylee Chamberlaine, Madison McKinney, Keliana Galima, and Iris Wood came in seventh place (5:51.65).
The 800-meter relay team of Daymea Garrett, Scarlett Lancaster, Adrieana Noe, and Jalayah Williamson came in eighth place in 2:07.46.
FIELD EVENTS
Jesslyn Ezell finished in seventh place in the triple jump (26-00) and ninth place in the long jump (12-09).
Erin Rooney threw the shot put 20 feet, 1 inch to place 17th, while Kai Gauge was 20th (17-04). Rooney was also 16th in the discus throw (58-05). Alaina Nelson was 24th in the discus throw (37-06).
As a team, Todd County Central finished in 12th place.
