Points were scarce for the Trigg County volleyball team on Tuesday at Crittenden County, with the Lady Wildcats slipping to 0-7 with a 3-0 loss to the Lady Rockets.
Crittenden moved to 2-0 in 5th-District play and has the inside track to the top seed in the district tournament.
The Lady Rockets handed Trigg its second district defeat, beginning with a 25-7 result in the first set.
The Lady Wildcats fell 25-11 in the second, and Crittenden finished off the victory with a 25-7 score in the third.
Trigg County will travel to Livingston Central on Thursday looking to avenge a 3-0 loss to the Lady Cardinals in the first meeting.
The Lady Rockets have a week off before hitting the road to face Madisonville-North Hopkins.
