The Trigg County Lady Wildcats continued its recent road mastery with a 5-0 win at Paducah Tilghman Thursday.
The victory was Trigg’s fourth in five road matches this year and 10th in its last 12 true road matches.
Trigg County scored all five of its goals in the first half. Sisters Lania and Leiah Hite alternated the first four goals with Leiah assisting on Lania’s second goal.
Leiah completed the hat trick in the 32nd minute that gave the Lady Wildcats its fourth clean sheet of the season.
Lania boosted her goal total to 26, while Leiah has 19 goals and 17 assists.
Anna Sink only saw four shots and made the save each time in lowering her season goals-against average to 1.8.
The loss to Trigg County was the fifth straight in the series for Paducah Tilghman (1-7).
Trigg (9-2) will host Crittenden County on Tuesday.
