The Fort Campbell Falcons used a huge night from Keshawn Dixon to reach .500 for the season Friday night as they rolled to a 53-6 win on the road at Fulton County. The win was the second straight for the Falcons while the Pilots have now dropped their first six games of the season.

Dixon had nearly 200 yards rushing and three touchdowns in the first half as the Falcons built a 39-6 lead. Fort Campbell then scored early in the second half to get to the running clock and speed up the finish of the game.

The Falcons got on the board when quarterback Jacaryous Perriman scored on a two-yard run with 5:41 left in the first to go up 7-0. Less than two minutes later, Dixon ripped off a 54 yard run to extend the lead to 13-0.

Dixon found the end zone again with under a minute to go in the quarter, this time on a two-yard run to make it 19-0 after one.

Just 15-seconds into the second quarter, it was time for the defense. Torrence Dixon came up with a pick and took it 48 yards to the house to run the lead out to 25-0. With 7:17 left in the half, Keshawn Dixon scored for the third time to move the lead out to 32-0.

The Pilots momentarily stopped the landslide with a 10-yard pass from Preston Smith to Treshaun Lyons with 4:22 left in the half to cut the lead to 32-6. But it was only momentarily.

Maurice Moore returned a punt for a 52-yard touchdown with 1:08 left in the half to give the Falcons a 39-6 lead at the half. Moore then caught a 23-yard pass from Jacaryous Perriman to get to the running clock at 46-6 with 9:20 left in the third.
