It was a busy weekend for the Caldwell County Lady Tigers at the annual wRECk at the Plex. The Lady Tigers picked up one win and got some extensive time in on the court as the regular season begins to wind its way down.
The Lady Tigers got in three matches Friday evening. Caldwell County dropped straight-set decisions to University Heights (25-14, 25-16), East Robertson (25-11, 25-4), and Henderson County (25-17, 25-21).
Caldwell County returned to action Saturday morning. The Lady Tigers picked up a win over Fort Campbell (25-8, 25-11), and dropped matches to Hopkinsville (25-22, 25-18), Heritage Christian (19-25, 25-23, 15-12), and Madisonville-North Hopkins (21-25, 27-26, 15-10).
With the weekend results, the Lady Tigers now stand at 7-11 for the season. They are on the road Tuesday night for a 7th District contest at Madisonville-North Hopkins.
