The University Heights Academy Lady Blazers decided there would be no tie this time around. After the last two meetings between the Lady Blazers and Todd County Central Lady Rebels ended in ties, UHA settled the issue early on Monday night in a 9-0 win at Givens Field.
The match was the first for the Lady Blazers since their All A semifinal loss to Bethlehem.
It took just over 10 minutes for the Lady Blazers to get on the board. Audrey Grise found the net off an assist from Kendall Hancock to make it 1-0 at the 10:35 mark. Grise returned the favor to Hancock just over five minutes later to make it 2-0. Grise then scored off an assist from Audrey Perry to make it 3-0 at 22:23.
