The Christian County Lady Colonels put a quick end to their two-match losing skid Tuesday evening. The Lady Colonels took care of business, dispatching the Hopkins County Central Lady Storm in straight sets.
Christian County won the opening set 25-16 to go up 1-0 in the match. The Lady Storm battled the Lady Colonels in the second set, but Christian County would end up claiming the set 25-20.
The third set was all Christian County. The Lady Colonels had their best set of the night in rolling to a 25-7 win to complete the sweep against the Lady Storm.
The Lady Colonels improve to 12-7 for the year and are set to return to the court Thursday evening as they host the Russellville Lady Panthers.
