Hoptown’s Cavinder, Ramey Run at State XC Meet

Hopkinsville High had two runners toe the starting line at Saturday’s KHSAA Class 2A state cross country meet in Lexington.

Freshman Tyson Cavinder finished in 77^th place with a time of 18:55, while DeAvery Ramey was 138^th in 20:05. Both runners were competing at state for the first time.
