It has been a pretty good start to the 2023-2024 basketball season for Todd County Central’s Alexis Taylor. Taylor is averaging a double-double, and her performance has helped the Lady Rebels get off to an 8-3 start.
Note, that 8-3 record could just as easily be 11-1 as two of the Lady Rebels’ losses have been by three points each, one of them in overtime.
Her performance on the court has Alexis Taylor among the state’s leaders in both scoring and rebounding.
Taylor is averaging 19.4 points per game, which places her 39th on the list of Kentucky’s Top 50 scorers.
She is also averaging 11.0 rebounds a game, which puts her 28th on the list of the state’s Top 50 rebounders.
The Lady Rebels get back to action Friday in the Murray Bank Lady Tigers Classic.
