One thing has proven consistent for the Hopkinsville Lady Tigers so far this basketball season, that being if they don’t push over the 50-point mark it turns out to be tough night for the Lady Tigers. Satuday, Hopkinsville did not break 50 points for the third straight game as they fell to Hopkins County Central 59-45.

The Lady Tigers have now lost four in a row, three of those coming on nights when the Lady Tigers did not reach 50 points. The other was a 73-54 loss to Christian County, the only game where the Lady Tigers scored 50 or more and lost.

Hopkins Central improved to 8-7 with the win while the Lady Tigers dropped to 3-5.

Another big challenge ahead Tuesday night for the Lady Tigers as they travel to Marshall County to face a Lady Marshals team that is 10-4 on the season.
