Addison Peck likes challenges and trying something new.
It’s one reason why the Christian County High School freshman is in the competitive pool for the first time in 2023-24.
“It’s about trying something new and meeting new people. I would like to better myself as a person and accomplish new things,” she said.
Peck swims the 50-yard freestyle and 100-yard backstroke for the Lady Colonels in addition to a pair of relays.
She calls the backstroke her favorite event as she works to lower her time with her first region meet coming up in a few weeks.
