
Trigg County finished as runner-up at the 41st Annual State Powerlifting Meet held on Saturday at Wildcat Gym.
Trigg had three state champions – Jaxson Clinkenbeard at 165, Connor Long at 235; and Cordarius Bush at 250.
Clinkenbard, who had a total of 505 pounds in the bench press and power clean, was named the outstanding lifter for the meet in the 125-175-pound classes.
Madisonville took the team title with Trigg second and Christian County finishing in third place
