Seventh grader Junior Thompson was not even on Caldwell County’s official varsity roster earlier this week.
He was put there so that he and older brother Demaurius Thompson, a senior, could be on the court together Friday for Caldwell’s Senior Night.
Both were in the starting lineup, with Demaurius scoring 19 points in the Tigers’ 85-51 victory over Livingston Central.
But Little Bro put on his own show in the fourth quarter. In less than a minute, Junior nailed three straight 3-pointers as the home crowd erupted.
