It had been six seasons since the Todd County Central girls basketball team had an opportunity to play for a 13th-District title, but that changed on Tuesday night with a 42-37 semifinal victory over Logan County.
Abby Williams led the way for the Lady Rebels with 12 points and spoke afterward about the long-awaited victory.
