Emma King has now played in 99 games during her University of Kentucky career and made 28 starts for the Wildcats.
However, the former Lincoln County standout has also made a big impact off the court during her five years at Kentucky and has been named to the Southeastern Conference Community Service Team after compiling over 50 hours of community service during her time at UK.

She spent time before Christmas speaking to the McCracken County and Taylor County girls basketball teams during a tournament at Bullitt East High School where coaches and players praised the motivation/inspiration she provided.
She attended the West Jessamine High School girls basketball fall event in October and spent time with the players mentoring them on basketball and school. She had previously spoke to the Fellowship of Christian Athletes chapter at West Jessamine.
King has never forgot her Lincoln County roots. She came to Stanford before her junior season to give out Big Blue Madness tickets to fans. She spoke to students at the Stanford Elementary School career fair about her time at Kentucky.
King has helped make holiday crafts with residents at Morning Pointe Senior Living & Memory Care, packed boxes for God’s Food Pantry and helped work on a building to be used for recreation in her hometown.
King raised money for eastern Kentucky flood victims with a basketball camp in 2022.
King has always excelled in the classroom and graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences in December.
She was a prolific scorer in high school but has had to adapt her game at Kentucky. A natural guard, she’s played all five positions for UK this year and has drawn 21 charges this season.
She has averaged 4.2 points and 2.6 rebounds per game and also had career highs in steals and assists.
