Caldwell County freshman Daelyn Lander sent the Tigers to halftime with the lead in Friday’s 7th District championship game against Madisonville-North Hopkins.
With the game tied and 5.7 seconds left in the second quarter, Lander put a shot off the glass to put Caldwell on top 28-26 at halftime.
However, Madisonville pulled away late to win 55-46.
Still, Lander earns a Max’s Moment for his first-half buzzer beater.
