Coming off the heels of a season that saw them reach the 4th Region championship game, the Todd County Central Lady Rebels will make an appearance in one of the highlight events of the 2024-2025 basketball season later this year. Todd County Central head coach Nick Suttle announced Monday that the Lady Rebels have been invited to appear in the 2024 Marshall County Hoopfest.
Suttle says the opponent for the Lady Rebels is expected to be either Marshall County or Graves County.
Todd County Central finished the 2023-2024 season 19-13 and will return several key pieces for next year.
Among the returning players are scheduled to be Alexis Taylor (18.1 ppg and 10.6 rpg), Jordyn Shemwell (8.4 ppg and 3.7 rpg), Chloe Collins (1.5 ppg), Daymea Garrett (2.1 ppg), and JaMya Kay (7.6 ppg and 4.3 rpg).
