Fort Campbell seventh grader Emmie Underwood, who earned All-State honors after winning the Class 1A state cross country title in the fall, has added more All-State accolades in the spring.
Underwood finished second in the 3200-meter run at the Class 1A State Track and Field Meet in 11:41.28 – the third fastest time in program history. She set the new mark earlier this year and was named First Team All-State.
Earning Second Team All-State honors was the 400-meter relay team of Lillianah Dewitt, Chanelle Fobbs, Zyaziah Langley, and Jerni Hicks, who finished fourth at the state meet in 51.24 seconds.
