
Fort Campbell put two runners in the top 15 and brought home a sixth place finish at Saturday’s Christian County Season Opener in Hopkinsville.
Jayden Perry was 11th in 19:00 with Seth Puraty 13th across the finish line in 19:03 over the 3.1-mile course.
Jack Belzer was 24th with a time of 20:27 followed by Ryker Kramer in 52nd place (22:27), Noah Flick in 71st place (23:35), John Tyler Ford in 83rd (24:08), Layne Barbee in 84th (24:13), and Andy Cintron in 87th place (24:25).
University Heights Academy’s Cole Glover won the race in 17:20.
The Falcons totaled 140 points to finish in sixth place out of 14 teams.
