Lilly Perry tied for 53rd place at Tuesday’s KHSAA State Golf First Round at the Hopkinsville Golf and Country Club.
The Lyon County senior shot a 24-over par 95 on a windy but seasonal day on the course.
Perry’s round included five pars as she went out with a 47 and came in with a 48.
While she advanced to the state first round for a second straight year, she missed qualifying for the championship round next week.
However, Perry’s short golf career at Lyon County includes a pair of trips to the All A Classic State Tournament and two years at the state first round.
