Todd County Central will take on Monroe County in the 4th Region soccer tournament Monday at 5:30 p.m. at Warren East High School.
The 13th District champion Rebels (14-4-2) will be strong favorites over the 16th District runner-up Falcons, who are just 3-15 this season.
All three Monroe wins this season came over Clinton County (0-10).
The 4th Region tournament starts on Sunday with Glasgow (16-7) taking on Franklin-Simpson (10-5) at 3:00. Russell County (12-4-1) then meets South Warren (11-5-3) at 5:00 that day.
On Monday, it’s Todd-Monroe, then regional favorite Bowling Green (15-0-1) against Barren County (9-12-1) at 7:30.
With a win over Monroe, the Rebels would face the BG-Barren winner at 7:30 Tuesday in the semifinals.
The championship contest is set for Thursday at 6:00.
