The Grind Session is expanding for the upcoming season. The winter circuit of elite high school basketball events will host 30 events across 17 states, Canada, and Jamaica; substantial growth after hosting just four events in the league’s inaugural year back in 2014.

Both the Grind Session men and women teams will compete at the various events throughout the season, which will officially tip off November 1-3 in Denver, Colorado.

“The Grind Session has taken high school basketball to new heights for more than a decade, becoming the home and proving ground for the nation’s best prospects and teams. Hundreds of teams have participated on the circuit and nearly 3,000 players from those teams have gone on to play collegiate or professional basketball,” said Grind Session CEO Scott Waldrop. “We’re excited about expanding the brand, adding more talented teams and players, and what will be a truly amazing 2024-2025 season.”
