Lady Wildcats Take 9th at Coach Johnson Memorial Invitational

Trigg County’s girls’ track and field team came in ninth place at Saturday’s Coach Johnson Memorial Track and Field Invitational at Fort Campbell.

Sophia Quinteros was sixth in the 800-meter dash in 2:55.76.

Ella Dollison was seventh in the 800 meters in 2:57.02.

Alicia McGee was seventh in the 300-meter hurdles in 53.86 seconds. She was also ninth in the 100-meter dash in 13.92 seconds and 12^th in the 200-meter dash in 29.35 seconds.

Brilee Higgins was 17^th in the 400-meter dash in 1:20.19 and 24^th in the 200 meters in 32.19 seconds.

Aniya Dawson was 15^th in the 400-meter dash in 1:18.34, 25^th in the 200-meter dash in 32.56 seconds, and 27^th in the 100-meter dash in 15.52 seconds.

The 3200-meter relay team came in fourth place in 12:42.08.

In the field events, Alivia Norwood was fourth in the discus throw at 83-8 and seventh in the shot put at 25-8.

Riley Taylor was seventh in the discus throw at 63 feet and 23^rd in the shot put at 13-6.

Brilee Higgins was sixth in the long jump at 13-6 feet.

Ella Dollison was eighth in the long jump at 13-5 feet.

Alana Perez was 21^st in the shot put at 16-9.
