
Trigg County’s girls’ track and field team came in ninth place at Saturday’s Coach Johnson Memorial Track and Field Invitational at Fort Campbell.
Sophia Quinteros was sixth in the 800-meter dash in 2:55.76.
Ella Dollison was seventh in the 800 meters in 2:57.02.
Alicia McGee was seventh in the 300-meter hurdles in 53.86 seconds. She was also ninth in the 100-meter dash in 13.92 seconds and 12th in the 200-meter dash in 29.35 seconds.
Brilee Higgins was 17th in the 400-meter dash in 1:20.19 and 24th in the 200 meters in 32.19 seconds.
Aniya Dawson was 15th in the 400-meter dash in 1:18.34, 25th in the 200-meter dash in 32.56 seconds, and 27th in the 100-meter dash in 15.52 seconds.
The 3200-meter relay team came in fourth place in 12:42.08.
In the field events, Alivia Norwood was fourth in the discus throw at 83-8 and seventh in the shot put at 25-8.
Riley Taylor was seventh in the discus throw at 63 feet and 23rd in the shot put at 13-6.
Brilee Higgins was sixth in the long jump at 13-6 feet.
Ella Dollison was eighth in the long jump at 13-5 feet.
Alana Perez was 21st in the shot put at 16-9.
