The Webster County Lady Trojans leading scorer and rebounder from this past season will get the the chance to continue her hoops career at the collegiate level. Senior Jaycie Wright signed her papers Thursday to play collegiately at Brescia University in Owensboro.
During her senior season, Wright averaged 13.9 points and 5.3 rebounds per contest for the Lady Trojans.
She was second on the team in made three-pointers with 39.
Wright also led the team in scoring and rebounding during her junior season in 2023-2024 with 11.3 points and 4.9 rebounds per game.
