Whitesville Trinity’s 15-Run Inning Does In Storm

Sometimes one big inning is enough. For the Whitesville Trinity Raiders, one big inning was more than enough.

The Raiders scored 15 runs in the bottom of the third inning to walk-off a three-inning 15–0 win over the Hopkins County Central Storm in Whitesville.

Hopkins County Central was its own worst enemy in the field. The Storm was charged with seven errors, allowing Whitesville Trinity to score 10 unearned runs. The Raiders also outhit the Storm 6 to 1 for the game.

Tristan Schmaltz had the only hit in the game for the Storm.

With the loss, Hopkins County Central falls to 4-14 for the season.
