The Caldwell County tennis teams picked up wins at Union County on Tuesday.
The Lady Tigers beat the Bravettes 7-0, taking four singles matches and three doubles matches against Union County.
In singles:
Ella Johnson defeated Allison Deibler 6-1, 6-0
Troy Freeman def. Aubrey Stroub 8-0
Meleah Greefield def. Paxton Morgan 8-2
Paisley Hooks def. Abby Driesbach 8-3.
In doubles:
Freeman and Greenfield def. Addison Tamayo and Julia Mingers 8-2
Jayden Lamb and Paysen Menser def. Tristan Thompson and Abby Driesbach 8-1
Hooks and Makenzie French def. Juliana Jackson and Eva Powell 8-3.
For the guys, Caldwell won two of the three matches played. The teams split two singles matches, but the Tigers took the lone doubles match.
Union’s Evan Russelburg defeated Noah Bailey 8-6 and Caldwell’s Cason Littlejohn defeated Makaedin Elam 8-0.
In the doubles match, Cade Rowland and Littlejohn defeated Russelburg and Elam 8-0.
Next on the schedule for the Caldwell tennis teams is a trip to Fort Campbell on Thursday.
