Three former Lyon County basketball standouts will return to Eddyville on Friday for a book signing at The Joint restaurant.
Travis Perry, Brady Shoulders and Jack Reddick will be on hand to sign copies of “Lyon Pride,” which chronicles Lyon’s improbable run to the 2024 Kentucky state basketball championship.
All three recently completed their freshman seasons with their respective college teams.
Perry spent a year at the University of Kentucky but has announced that he is transfering to Ole Miss. Shoulders played at Mercer while Reddick was at Florida Gulf Coast.
The three players will join the book’s author, Darrell Bird, for the signing, which will run from 3:30-5:30 p.m. this Friday.
Fans may bring their previously-purchased copies of the book or may purchase a limited supply at the signing.
