Trigg County was held without a touchdown in a 36-2 loss to Clarksville, Tenn., in pool play at the Best of the West 7-on-7 Football Tournament on Friday outside the Stadium of Champions.
The Wildcats, playing without four offensive starters for the day, scored two points from its defense. They competed in a pool with Logan County, McCracken County, and Clarksville.
Trigg County plays Kenwood Saturday morning at 8:30 in the first game of the BOTW double-elimination bracket.
