Coming off a tough loss at Madisonville-North Hopkins Thursday night, the Hopkinsville Lady Tigers responded by tying their best offensive output of the season. Led by a big effort from Kaydon Coats, the Hopkinsville Lady Tigers went on the road Saturday morning and rolled past Logan County 6-0.
Coats finished the morning with three goals and an assist to lead the Lady Tigers. Emma Dearmon chipped in with two goals and two assists.
Kaylyn Burgess Lynch scored the other goal for Hopkinsville.
Caroline Baker added 2 assists for the Lady Tigers.
A solid effort for Jaleigha McFarland as she had the shutout in goal.
The Hopkinsville JV also picked up a victory, winning 3-1. Yadira Idrogo, Griffin Daniel, and Mckinlee Lewis each had a goal for the Lady Tigers.
Hopkinsville gets back to action Tuesday evening when the Lady Tigers host Fort Campbell in an 8th District contest at the Stadium of Champions.
