Less than 24 hours after winning their first match of the season, the Lyon County Lady Lyons were back on the soccer pitch Saturday. The Lady Lyons hit the road to take on Muhlenberg County, a team that was on a two-match winning streak.
This one was close throughout and ended up playing out as a 1-1 draw, the first tie for either team this season.
Karli Patterson scored the long goal for the Lady Lyons, that goal coming off an assist from Chloe Gandee.
Addison Oates had the single goal for the Lady Mustangs.
Lyon County goes to 1-4-1 on the season. The Lady Lyons will be back in action Monday hosting the Crittenden County Lady Rockets.
