Webster County’s Rory Jones picked up medalist honors Monday afternoon as golfers from Madisonville-North Hopkins, Hopkins County Central, and Webster County got together at Madisonville Country Club for a three-team match.
Jones finished her nine-hole round with a score of 43. That score was five shots better than Harper Frizzell, of Madisonville-North Hopkins, who finished her day with a 48.
Webster County also took a team win with a 196. Madisonville-North Hopkins finished with a total of 202 among its top four scores.
