Crittenden County’s Georgia Holeman wrapped up her first trip to the KHSAA State Golf First Round on Monday with a 59th-place tie at the Calvert City Country Club.
Holeman shot a 95 to finish 10 shots out of a qualifying spot at next week’s championship round in Bowling Green. She had three pars on her scorecard that included a 47 on the front nine.
Holeman was the first Crittenden County golfer to compete in the state tournament since Lauren Gilcrest in 2019.
