
Hopkinsville’s boys swim team finished in third place at a five-team midweek meet hosted by Bowling Green on Tuesday.
The Tigers finished with 224 points, two points behind second-place Christian County.
Bowling Green took the team title with 706 points.
Levi Johnston finished third in the 200-yard freestyle in 2:08.27 and was third in the 100-yard butterfly in 1:05.60.
Luke Johnston was third in the 100-yard breaststroke and 1:39.75 and was 12th in the 100-yard freestyle in 1:16.16.
Simon Lockhart was fourth in the 50-yard freestyle in 29.61 seconds and was fourth in the 100-yard freestyle in 1:06.13.
Owen Lockhart was fourth in the 500-yard freestyle in 6:54.92 and was seventh in the 200-yard freestyle in 2:36.32.
Elijah Ebbinger was fifth in the 100-yard freestyle in 1:08.10 and was sixth in the 100-yard backstroke and 1:42.16.
Tyson Cavinder was fifth in the 100-yard backstroke and 1:36.73 and 10th in the 50-yard freestyle in 31.69.
The 200-yard medley relay team finished in second place in 2:18.49.
The 200-yard free relay team came in third place with a time of 2:03.88.
