Todd County Central Wins All A Classic Region Archery Title

The Todd County archery program captured the 4th Region All A Classic title and will advance to the state tournament later this month.

Todd County earned the title in dominant fashion with nine of the top 10 scores for the day. The only archer to crash the Rebels’ party was Russellville’s William Holloway, who won the region title with a score of 283.

Joe Anthony Tabor followed in second place with a 282, followed by Josiah Tucker (281) in third place, Bentley Berry (280) in fourth place, Paxton Frogue (275) in fifth place, Eli Craig (273) in sixth place, Will Tabor (271) in seventh place, and Alex Futrell (267) in 10th place.

Taylor Cox had the top score for the girls, winning the girls’ title with a 278. Annabella Tobar also shot a 278 and finished in second place in the girls’ division, followed by Peyton Collins (273) in third place, Lizzie Langley (270) in fourth place, and Lillian Stokes (263) in seventh place.

Scores from both the guys and gals are used to tabulate the team score, which was 3,291 for Todd County Central.

Todd County’s team score was 3,291.

The All A Classic State Archery Tournament will be held on Saturday, February 21, at the West Kentucky Archery Center outside of Madisonville.
