
Caldwell County celebrated Homecoming — and its 150th meeting all-time with Crittenden County — by topping 100 points for the 15th time in school history.
The Tigers had six players score in double figures while rolling past the Rockets 104-55 Monday night at the CAB gym.
Caldwell (12-11) opened the game with a 14-2 run and led 28-8 after one quarter.
A 3-pointer at the halftime horn by Zy Rollins sent Caldwell to the locker room holding a 62-29 advantage.
The margin was 87-44 through three quarters.
Dayton Wilson hit four 3-pointers and finished with 22 points to lead the Tigers. Pax Aikins scored 14 points while Kese Wilson had 13 points and 10 rebounds.
Jack Roach also scored 13 points. Landon Mitchell tallied 12 points and Jaden Boyd had 11.
Daelyn Lander just missed double figures with nine points.
Brody Kirk put the Tigers over 100 with a 3-pointer midway through the fourth quarter.

Caldwell had not reached the century mark in almost 19 years. The Tigers defeated Dawson Springs 105-58 on Feb. 12, 2007.
It’s the third-highest total ever against Crittenden. The Tigers won 116-40 in January of 1991 and 106-29 in December 1990.
The school record for points in a game came in a 123-71 victory over Providence in February of 1991.
Caldwell’s 62-point first half is just the fifth time the Tigers have scored at least 60 points in a half. It’s the second-largest first half ever. Caldwell put up 67 points in the first half in the win over Providence in 1991.
It’s also just the second time in school history that Caldwell has had six players score in double figures. The Tigers also accomplished that feat in December of 1970 in a win over Henderson County.
The Tigers have taken their last seven meetings with the Rockets and 13 of the last 14 matchups.
Caldwell leads Crittenden all-time 104-46.
The Rockets (2-24) got 18 points from Brady Dayberry and 10 from Conner Poindexter.

Caldwell is back in action on Tuesday when it hosts Trigg County as part of a girls and boys doubleheader.
Crittenden will next host Hopkins County Central on Thursday.
