The Dawson Springs Panthers baseball team went on the road to Ballard Memorial for a double-header in search of their first win. Unfortunately they were not able to get it, as they ended up losing both games to the Bombers.

Ballard Memorial won the first game 13-0, and also won the second with a final score of 15-0.

Micah Washburn had a pair of hits over the two games, and Rilyn Woodruff was also able to get a base knock in the second game.

Chase Miles started the first game for the Panthers while Logan Young was on the mound in the second, and Miles tallied a pair of strikeouts in his start.

Dawons Springs will get their next chance at their first win of the season in their next one on Tuesday, March 24, against the Trojans of Webster County. First pitch will be at 6 p.m. at Webster County High School.
