The Hopkinsville Tigers tennis teams went on the road to face off with the Henderson County Colonels, but unfortunately Henderson was able to take control and win all but one of the matches.
As far as the girls went, the Lady Colonels won three of the four.
In singles:
Ashtyn Agnew (HC) defeated Chiani Leak 8-5
Evelyn Bangart (HHS) def. Abigail Stone 8-1
Tori Morris (HC) def. Courtney Scott 8-1
In doubles:
Gabby Melvin/Irah Plummer (HC) def. Leak/Bangart 8-4
And for the boys, Henderson was able to sweep all three matches.
In singles:
Jaxton Duncan def. Aiden Riley 8-0
Jace Evans def. Jesus Tomas 8-0
In doubles:
Caden Jenkins/Carson Troxel def. Riley/Tomas 8-0
