Caldwell County’s Chevy McGowan finished off the Lady Tigers’ win in the third-place match at the West Kentucky Smackdown tournament in Hopkinsville on Saturday.
McGowan’s kill provided the winning point as Caldwell rallied past Crittenden County 2-1 after dropping the first set, taking the deciding set 15-11.
It was Caldwell’s second win over Crittenden on the day.
