
Addison Middleton-Mobley set two school records to highlight Caldwell County’s day at the Carterville (Illinois) Invitational on Saturday.
The Lady Tigers placed sixth in the team standings out of 12 schools.
Middleton-Mobley was second in the long jump competition with a school record leap of 16 feet, 10.75 inches.
She also set a school mark in the triple jump, placing fourth in the event at 32 feet, 9.75 inches.
Middleton-Mobley was also third in the 100-meter dash in a time of 13.11 seconds.
Caldwell’s 4×100 relay team, which is ranked first in the state in Class A, captured a third-place finish in 52.17 seconds. Team mebmers are Kinlee Rowland, Brilee Hubbard, Audrey McCoy and Middleton-Mobley.
The 4×200 team of Rowland, Mariah Vickery, McCoy and Hubbard was also third in 1:54.58.
The 4×800 squad of Kimberly Shrewsbury, Medeline Thomas, Kylee White and Vickery was fourth in 11:41.70.
The 4×400 team of Cassandra Byrd, Vickery, McCoy and Thomas placed sixth in 4:36.15.
Other top performers for the Lady Tigers included McCoy, was placed fourth in the high jump at 4 feet, 10 inches.
Emily Klidzejs was fifth in the 100-meter hurdles in 20.21 seconds and eighth in the 300 hurdles in 57.82.
Thomas took sixth in the 400-meter run in 1:04.64.
Emma Forsythe was sixth in the 3,200 run in 14:53.83.
Camila Lipson placed eighth in the triple jump at 30 feet, 5 inches.
Ivy Lopez finished ninth in the 100 hurdles in 21.62 seconds and was 11th in the 300 hurdles in 1:05.60..
Hubbard took 10th in the high jump at 4 feet, 8 inches.
Rowland was 11th in the 100-meter run in 13.75 seconds.
Byrd was 11th in the 400 run in 1:13.80.
Keirli Herran placed 11th in the discus at 74 feet, 10 inches. Shewas 12th in the shot put at 23 feet, 7 inches.
Tolono won the team title with 145 points. Carbondale was runner-up with 133.5. The Lady Tigers totaled 53.5 points.
