Lady Panthers Prep for Region with Run at Hoptown

Dawson Springs closed out the regular season at the King and Queen of the West Cross Country Invitational Saturday in Hopkinsville.

Kimberly Hoover led the Lady Panther runners with a 24^th place finish. She completed the 3.1-mile course in a time of 27:53. Jenna Fairchild was 28^th in 27:56.

Vanessa Tackett was 35^th in 30:38, followed by Allie Jones in 47^th place.

The Lady Panthers were one runner short of fielding a complete team.

Dawson Springs will run Saturday at the Region 1 Cross Country Meet at Trigg County.
