Heritage Christian Academy won the first of what the private school hopes is two state tournaments this basketball season. The Warriors put together a sterling defensive performance to beat Calvary Christian 41-33 to claim the championship of the Kentucky Christian Athletic Conference Tournament in Louisville Saturday.
Heritage Christian Academy became a member of the KCAC after they were granted membership to the Kentucky High School Athletic Association over the summer.
