A 3.5-hour weather delay Friday morning meant a long day at the golf course for participants in the GO Junior Golf Series tournament at Madisonville Country Club.
But Conlee Lindsey, who plays high school golf at University Heights, was able to overcome the day and win the event with an 84. That was two shots better than her sister, Rheagan Lindsey, who finished runner-up.
YSE was in Madisonville for the event and talked to Conlee Lindsey afterward.
