161 runners began the Marshall County Girls’ Cross Country Invitational Saturday. Watch a condensed version of the race, won by Cape Girardeau (Mo.) Notre Dame’s Lauren Eftink. St. Mary’s Gabby Ault was second, Madisonville’s Joy Alexander was third, and Fort Campbell’s Meg Lubas finished in fifth place.
