A former basketball standout at Caldwell County High School has been named the new head boys’ basketball coach at Crittenden County. Matt Fraliex, who spent the past season as an assistant coach for Daniel Kukahiko with the Caldwell County boys basketball program, confirmed to YourSportsEdge.Com Tuesday afternoon that he was going to be the Rockets’ new head man.
Prior to returning to his alma mater in the summer of 2022, Fraliex spent one season as the head coach for the Todd County Central Lady Rebels. The Lady Rebels finished 8-16 in his one season as head coach.
At Crittenden County, Fraliex replaces Donald Pigg, who stepped down after the 2022-2023 season.
