The Owensboro Catholic Lady Aces have been on a roll since they came back from the holidays. Catholic got a big night from Aubrey Randolph as they rolled past the Madisonville-North Hopkins Lady Maroons 64-30 Monday night at the Owensboro Sportscenter.

It was the first action for the Lady Maroons in 2025. Their last game had been a win over Murray back on December 28.

The Lady Aces had just won the 3rd Region All A Classic on Sunday afternoon, but there was likely very little fatigue involved as Catholic crushed Hancock County 72-25 in winning the All A regional title.

SaNya Carney topped the scoring column for Madisonville-North Hopkins with 14 points. She also had four rebounds. Taylor Nelson added 6 points. Riley Sword finished with 4 points, 5 assists, and two steals.

Aubrey Randolph had a super night for the Lady Aces against the Lady Maroons, finishing with a double-double of 11 points and 13 rebounds. Karmin Riley was the top scorer for the Lady Aces with 13 points.

The Lady Aces have won their four games in the 2025 portion of the schedule so far by 47, 54, 47, and 34.

The loss drops the Lady Maroons to 7-6 on the season. They are set to be back in action Tuesday night in a 7th District contest against Dawson Springs.
