Todd Central Archers Finish Third at All A State Tourney

The Todd County Central archery team finished in third place at the All A Classic State Tournament on Saturday at the West Kentucky Archery Complex outside of Madisonville.

Todd Central missed a state championship by nine points. Model’s top 12 scorers put up a score of 3,335 while Bethlehem was second at 3,330 and Todd Central third at 3,327.

Will Tabor shot a 294 to finish in third place for Todd Central. Bethlehem’s Wes Goff took the individual title with a score of 295. Kimber Collins of Jenkins High finished second with a 294, beating Tabor in a tie-breaker with one more bullseye.

Joe Anthony Tabor and Thomas Sapp each shot a 286 to finish 15TH and 16th respectively, and Paxton Frogue was 29th with a 280.

Alex Futrell finished in 39th place with a 278 for Todd County Central, followed by Taylor Cox (275) in 58th place; Grace Tabor (275) in 61st place; Peyton Collins (274) in 62nd place; Jacob Slaughter (273) in 67th place; Kinzie Hicks (272) in 70th place; Abby Greenfield (268) in 90th place; and Raylee Moore (266) in 106th place.

Saturday’s run continues a string of success at the All A Classic State Tournament for Todd County Central, which was fourth last year and sixth in 2023.
