
A second place finish for the archery team at Trigg County High School over the weekend. The Wildcats were among the teams taking part in the South Hopkins Wildcat Classic.
The Wildcats finished with a team score of 3193, which placed them second for the event. Madisonville-North Hopkins took first place with a 3293. The Madisonville-North Hopkins #2 team was in third place.
Individually, Caleb Wadlington shot a 292 to take 1st place in the high school boys division. Jaydon Ennis shot a 263 and ended up in 14th place. Zander Smith finished with a 258 and took 19th place.
For the girls, Makenna Southwick had a 275 and was in fourth place. Netra Patel shot a personal best 269 and ended up in 8th place. Alexis Starcher also had a personal best with a 266 to finish in 9th place.
