McCracken County pitcher Addley Leidecker pitched a complete-game three-hitter and the Lady Mustangs took advantage of five Christian County errors as McCracken rolled to a 10-0 win Friday night at the Marshall County Slugfest.
The Lady Mustangs broke open a 0-0 tie with seven runs in the top of the second inning and were in control from that point on.
McCracken County added two runs in the top of the fourth and then one more in the top of the seventh inning to close out the win.
The five errors were costly for the Lady Colonels, leading to six unearned runs for the Lady Mustangs.
Talyn Ezell, BB Rodriguez, and Chloe Almy had one hit each for Christian County.
Jordan Turner got the start in the circle and was charged with the loss. She struck out three and walked just one in her 3 ⅓ innings of work.
